The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves digging into numbers to drive smart business decisions.
But this isn’t your typical finance role — no two days are the same. You’ll take on a broad range of tasks — from high-level financial modelling to hands-on administrative work — because in a scale-up, everyone pitches in where needed. It’s an all-hands-on-deck mentality that keeps things interesting and builds true end-to-end understanding.
You’ll play a key role in financial modelling, planning, and providing insights that shape our growth trajectory.

1.2   Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Analyse business performance, trends, and key metrics to deliver insights that drive operational and financial improvements
• Build and own detailed financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and planning
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting and performance dashboards for leadership and stakeholders across our different functions (Sales & Marketing, Production & Operations, Research & Development)
• Support different teams with finance-related operational tasks
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to scale the finance function efficiently

2.   Profile

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, or similar analytical roles
• Strong skills in financial modelling (Excel mastery is a must)
• Proficiency in PowerBI
• Familiarity with Exact Handel would be a plus
• Deep understanding of financial statements, and business economics
• High attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity in a high-growth environment
• Self-starter mindset—you take ownership and get things done
• Comfortable working in English and Dutch in an international setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA is a plus.
