1       Job Description

To support our global expansion and upcoming product launches, we are looking for a Content Marketing Strategist responsible for Campaign & Brand Ownership. With focus on owning campaign strategy, core messaging, and brand storytelling, ensuring that Sirius Medical’s brand and campaigns drive the right perception shifts in the market.

You will connect business and growth objectives to campaign themes, key messages, and brand narratives, and guide content creation across markets—while ensuring alignment with clinical evidence and regulatory frameworks.

A key part of this role is the ability to use AI-driven tools to accelerate content creation, enhance quality, and streamline workflows for our global marketing activities.

1.2   Responsibilities

1.2.1 Campaign Strategy ownership

  • Own the global campaign strategy and Sirius Medical brand strategy, including objectives, target audiences, key messages, and overarching narratives.
  • Translate business priorities (growth, portfolio expansion, market entry) into integrated campaign themes and brand stories that drive differentiation, awareness, and adoption.
  • Define and maintain messaging hierarchies and strategic frameworks that ensure consistent activation across regions, products, and channels.
  • Act as brand guardian across global markets, safeguarding consistency, coherence, and strategic intent in all campaigns and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Clinical Affairs, and leadership to ensure campaign and brand strategy directly support commercial and clinical objectives.

1.2.2. Claims & Messaging Alignment

  • Collaborate closely with Clinical, Quality & Regulatory, and Product Owner to ensure campaign messaging is compliant, evidence-based, and credible.
  • Guide the translation of clinical evidence and technical features into clear value narratives without compromising regulatory integrity.
  • Ensure alignment between brand promises, campaign messages, and approved claims frameworks.

1.2.3. Content creation

  • Create high-quality content for social media, brochures, PowerPoints, website pages, event materials, and e-mail campaigns.
  • Write, refine, and proofread marketing and technical content with the precision of a copywriter.
  • Use AI tools to support content creation, text refinement, image generation, and workflow optimization.
  • Translate clinical evidence and technical information into accessible and persuasive messaging.
  • Support global product launches with structured, claims-based collateral.

 

2       Profile

  • A completed HBO in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in the MedTech or medical device industry (required).
  • Strong understanding of claims, clinical evidence, and regulatory-compliant messaging
  • Proven experience in marketing communication, content creation, and copywriting
  • Ability to explain complex clinical topics in simple, professional language
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • You preferably have experience in small and dynamic commercial-stage scale-up teams that realize rapid growth.
